 The role is mainly site based, but is a roaming role where the candidate will be involved in monitoring and servicing multiple projects during the working week.



Reporting directly to the Technical Services Director and the Contracts Managers for the relevant projects, the individual will carry his role working closely with the relevant Project Manager for the projects.



General overview of the duties are as follows,




·     Provide guidance and technical support to the site management team

·     Review validation results and escalate any issues with the client or the professional team

·     Attend the weekly trade contractor meetings or M&E specific meetings as required

·     Maintain a good working relationship with M&E sub‐contractors

·     Maintain a good relationship with M&E consultants

·     Identify contractors design portions (CDPs)

·     Identify contractors obligations/ responsibilities (not listed as CDPs)

·     Attend site project meetings as required

·     Verify tech subs, RFIs and drawings for technical information

·     Monitor specific site installation items for quality and compliance general installation quality and items such as void closures should be monitored and controlled by the project manager

·     Assist the project manager with the production of the commissioning programme

·     Validate the testing and commissioning operations and the associated results received from these activities

·     Organise sign off and witnessing by the professional team

·     Organise client training

·     Carry out snagging inspections after services contractors and project manager have completed their snagging/de‐snagging

·     Review services section of the O&M manuals



Post Completion

·     Discuss with the client the maintenance requirements

·     Input into the trade contractor scoring matrix for the project (lessons learnt)

·     Assist with close out of services defects/snag items

·     Attend the quality audit

·     Attend post project interviews
